Yoga, meditation and natural medicine practitioner and teacher. Also an artist and a writer, currently completing a book about Vale das Lobas. This book is a right of passage story about a woman who followed a dream, and the journey of self discovery. In my work, I aim to inspire others to find and trust their own intuitive wisdom.
Maria José Barreira
Investment Project Manager
Graduated in Business Management, Accountant Certified by the Order of Chartered Accountants, since 2002, with more than 10 years experience in consulting and training.
Investment Project Manager for Vale das Lobas, responsible for analyzing and indicating the best investment strategies in accordance with the project objectives; coordination of the various stages of the projects in progress, including preparation, monitoring, control and evaluation of results, according to guidelines, standards, procedures and applicable legislation.
Dino has more than 10 years of experience in distribution, supply chain and operations management, combined with extensive knowledge of project management. He has experience in leadership positions in both frontier and emerging markets, supported by broad language skills.
Dino has expertise in leading multi-disciplinary teams and is keen on motivating and developing staff’s potential.
Dr Antonio Silva
Dr Silva is a leader with the capacity to organise, co-ordinate and inspire professional teams in various sectors. He has considerable experience with the management and co-ordination of tourism and agriculture investments.
Céu is a language teacher by profession, with proficiency in English, Spanish and Italian. She is currently working in the administrative team, managing the agendas as we prepare for the construction phase. Céu is a great team player, alwayshappy to do what is currently needed. In the near future, she may become involved in the Apothecary, and the creation of botanical health products.
Rui Araujo and his company “Capitellum” are restoring the chestnut panel paintings and the altar from the Capela de Girões in their workshop in Braga. They are also collaborating on the creation of a documentary and social history.
A partner for 26 years at HK Consulting, specialising in providing tax compliance, accounting, audit and business advice to foreign nationals and companies living and investing in Portugal.
Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA) as well as being a Portuguese Statutory Auditor (ROC) and a member of the Portuguese Association of Accounting Technicians (OCC).
José da Cruz
Snr José da Cruz is an olive and vine grower, farmer, and village elder. His knowledge of the land and its people is invaluable. The generosity, hospitality and gentle kindness of Sn. José and his family is a great blessing.
As project manager for the Artisan Village development, Eng. André manages all the riverside projects for submission to the authorities, and project managing the construction process.
Chan is a tireless groundsman and co-ordinator of events. He is a performance artist, yoga teacher and trainee therapist, with a deep understanding of the Vale das Lobas mission.
